Reconcile employee, contractor, group, or system-access lists locally and produce a focused review queue without uploading account data.

A useful list comparison starts with a clear decision, not an upload. This workflow keeps the comparison in your browser and makes the matching rules visible, so the resulting exception list can be reviewed rather than blindly acted upon.
Use an immutable employee or account ID where possible. Email is usually safer than display name when an ID is unavailable.
Export the same access scope from both systems and note the date, environment, and role filter used for each list.
Trim accidental whitespace and choose case-insensitive matching only if the identity system treats email case as irrelevant. Never remove leading zeroes from account IDs unless you know they are formatting only.
Start with the two Only lists: they form the access-review queue. Have the system owner verify each difference rather than treating a list diff as an automatic provisioning command.

The tool runs locally in your browser. Review the result before you act on it, especially when a list contains customer, account, or operational data.
