Paste two lists to begin a local comparison

Results update as you type. We’ll show matches, both sides of the difference, every unique item, and any duplicates we found.

Turn two exports into an opportunity queue

Keyword exports from rank trackers, Search Console, content briefs, or research tools are easier to use when you compare their membership. Paste the earlier list on the left and the later list on the right. The two exclusive result sets reveal terms that appeared or disappeared, while Common shows the stable core. This is a list comparison, not a ranking comparison, so pair it with volume and position data before making publishing decisions.

Avoid false differences

Search phrases are frequently copied with inconsistent capitalization or double spaces. This page treats case and extra whitespace consistently by default, so apple pie, Apple Pie, and Apple Pie do not become three apparent opportunities. Keep punctuation and meaningful modifiers unless your reporting convention intentionally removes them. Use ordered replacement rules only for systematic labels that are not part of the query itself.

Audit repeated research terms

Duplicates can distort the perceived size of a keyword set and make a content opportunity look stronger than it is. The audit separates raw entries from unique terms and lists the repeated values. Use it before merging exports from several tools, especially when brand, location, and product modifiers may appear in several research tabs.

Export the next action

Export only-in-B to research newly discovered terms, only-in-A to inspect terms that disappeared, or all-unique to create a clean master list. You can edit the result before exporting; that edit affects only the local output, never the source lists.

Keep the comparison private

Comparable List processes the lists in the browser tab you are using. No account is required and the items are not submitted to a comparison server. Review any export before sharing it, especially when it contains customer, account, or operational information.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use this keyword list compare tool for free?

Yes. The comparison runs locally in your browser without an account or a usage limit.

Are my source lists uploaded?

No. List contents are processed in the current browser tab. Avoid creating a share link for confidential information because a share URL contains its encoded list data.

Can I export the result?

Yes. Copy any result, or download it as TXT, CSV, or XLSX after you review it.
