Create a focused access-review queue
Place the approved or expected roster in the first list and the exported access roster in the second. The two exclusive results reveal expected users who are absent and actual users who need review. Keep entitlement decisions in the source system; this tool only narrows the list to investigate.
Avoid accidental identity matches
Use staff IDs or email addresses, not display names. Do not enable broad replacement rules that could merge separate employees or service accounts. The duplicate audit is useful when an export contains repeated group memberships.
Keep the comparison private
Comparable List processes the lists in the browser tab you are using. No account is required and the items are not submitted to a comparison server. Review any export before sharing it, especially when it contains customer, account, or operational information.
Frequently asked questions
Does this change access permissions?
No. It performs a local membership comparison only and never connects to an identity provider.
