A practical approach to reconciling product catalogs and supplier SKUs, finding delisted products, and reviewing duplicate source records.

A useful list comparison starts with a clear decision, not an upload. This workflow keeps the comparison in your browser and makes the matching rules visible, so the resulting exception list can be reviewed rather than blindly acted upon.
Prefer a stable product ID or supplier SKU over a title. Product titles change frequently and may describe variants inconsistently.
Export active products from comparable channels and use one identifier per line. Record which catalog and date each export represents.
Use the SKU preset when codes contain formatting differences. Preserve leading zeroes if they are meaningful; use the ID preset only after confirming they are padding.
Common values confirm the shared catalog. Only in A and Only in B reveal catalog gaps, while the duplicate audit exposes repeated supplier records.
