Reconcile catalogs before publishing
Compare product identifiers from a supplier, warehouse, or storefront export to identify additions and omissions. Use SKU or a stable product ID rather than product names, which can change across systems. Review differences before treating an item as discontinued or newly available.
Make formatting decisions explicit
The SKU preset can ignore leading numeric zeroes, but it should be disabled when zeroes are meaningful. Use a Find and Replace rule for stable prefixes only after checking sample values. The tool reports duplicates so an import issue is not silently hidden.
Keep the comparison private
Comparable List processes the lists in the browser tab you are using. No account is required and the items are not submitted to a comparison server. Review any export before sharing it, especially when it contains customer, account, or operational information.
Frequently asked questions
Can I compare product quantities?
This page compares one-dimensional identifiers. Compare quantities separately after identifying matching product codes.
