A fast diff for line-based data
Paste any one-item-per-line data to identify shared and exclusive values. This is ideal for tags, domains, log identifiers, package names, usernames, or labels when a code diff would add unnecessary noise.
Choose normalization conservatively
Use suggestions and presets as an explicit starting point, not an automatic cleanup. Exact membership is the default. If two lines are merely similar, the tool can point out formatting patterns but will not merge them on your behalf.
Keep the comparison private
Comparable List processes the lists in the browser tab you are using. No account is required and the items are not submitted to a comparison server. Review any export before sharing it, especially when it contains customer, account, or operational information.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a line-by-line document diff?
No. It compares list membership. Use a document diff when order, paragraphs, or exact source changes matter.
