Compare domains, not formatting
Website exports often mix https, www, paths, and trailing slashes. Start with the Domain preset to remove the common protocol and www prefixes, then inspect the result. It intentionally does not strip paths or guess subdomain equivalence because those may represent separate properties.
Use the differences as a crawl queue
Only in A and Only in B identify domains or URLs that appear in one source only. Export the appropriate queue for audit, migration, backlink, or inventory work after confirming the scope of each source.
Keep the comparison private
Comparable List processes the lists in the browser tab you are using. No account is required and the items are not submitted to a comparison server. Review any export before sharing it, especially when it contains customer, account, or operational information.
Frequently asked questions
Does this treat subdomains as the same domain?
No. Subdomains remain distinct unless you explicitly normalize them with a visible replacement rule.
